Tommy Leung
Tommy Leung is an entrepreneur, food developer and founder of HakkoBako a start-up building a connected fermentation chamber for professional chefs. Previously he founded GAFELL a food factory making meals for Hong Kong's leading hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Tommy has been awarded a number of prizes and honours for development of foods, including the PAPA Awards, AA Taste Awards and he was also included in the Top 100 Super Talents published by Swedish business magazine Veckans Affärer.
