The Hong Kong Food Hackathon: A global collaboration between food innovators, futurists and NGOs launched the first Hong Kong Food Hackathon focused on regenerative agriculture and the circular economy, on 15-17th June 2018. This event exists to disrupt the current and broken food system and open up entrepreneurial opportunities for new businesses on a food supply chain in a circular economy through digitalization and the Internet of Things
